We are here to help our Main Street businesses flourish! We have been looking for new avenues to help make this a reality. There's strength in numbers and keeping our storefronts occupied will help build foot traffic for every Main St. business. We are doing our part to help Main St. Maple Shade grow into a shopping and dining destination. Spread the word. If you are a business owner use social media to help you get the word out. Remember the days where you could get all you ever needed in life from the Main Street in your town? Main Street Maple Shade, Inc., is a non-profit local group working to bring that nostalgic image into the 21st century. Very few towns anymore have surviving Main Streets, which is why the National Trust for Historic Preservation began the Main Street, USA initiative.
Volunteerism
The folks at Main Street Maple Shade are steadfast in the belief that to have a great community there needs to be strong support from all around. One of the ways that support can be shown is through volunteerism. Main Street Maple Shade can always find space for new volunteers. Whatever you choose to get involved in WILL make a difference, as long as you do it with good intentions and the right motivation it will be a source of great pride and fulfillment. We all have a role to play and we look forward to seeing you in yours!
